The original Collins Bakelite knob weighs just over 2 ounces. This premium made knob weighs a full 16 ounces and tunes just wonderful. Other than the weight, all dimensions are exactly the same as a stock 75A-4 knob. You can not tell the difference from looking at it. Its only when you grab the knob and tune and when you do you instantly know this is a real improvement. This knob is for the ham that uses his radios daily and wants a beautiful weighted knob with a luxurious feel. Installation is easy and all hardware is Stainless Steel. Everything is CNC Machined from billet stock right here in the USA. The set screw that holds the knob in place is a flat tip style (no marring of your VFO shaft) and the spinner is long lasting Delrin. These knobs are first class all the way.
